Our Policies

A good impression is very important to us and we try to maintain a tidy appearance wherever possible, both personally and in relation to vehicles/equipment and our working area. Having said that though sometimes in this line of work it is not always possible!

Our vehicles carry all relevant and necessary jetting/CCTV and ancillary equipment and can be controlled safely by single man operation. Our operatives are experienced in all aspects of our field and are confined space trained, we pride ourselves in operating safely and efficiently as each situation dictates.

We are well aware of the dangers and risks involved and preventative measures are always taken. We provide full information to our clients to ensure that they have an understanding of work we complete, and our recommendations are always explained and justified.

Health and Safety

MG Drainage Ltd is a company specialising in cleaning, maintaining and surveying above and below ground drainage systems. We are involved in all associated aspects of this work, for example installation, repairs and consultancy. The safety, health and well being of our employees is of paramount importance to us. We will ensure that any changes in our business operations will take into account the health and safety of our employees. We are committed to ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, members of the public and anyone else who is effected by our operations

The company commits to operating in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work (etc) Act 1974, The Management of Health & Safety Regulations and all other current applicable regulations and codes of practice, so far as is reasonably practicable.

Environmental

We endeavour to conform to the requirements of the current Environmental Protection Act and other associated statutory legislation and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP). We consider that protecting the Environment is important and therefore will endeavour to ensure that our operations are completed with this in mind. We will minimise our waste through re-use and recycling, adhere to all relevant environmental legislation and prevent pollution where possible. Our fleet of vehicles are regularly maintained in order to minimise fuel consumption and limit emissions.
